Undervalued vs. Cheap.............
which is better? Penny Stocks are generally cheap
yet there are those who want to find even more
cheaper and undervalued penny stocks they can find to
maximize their investment even more. It is
definitely better to seek the
undervalued penny stocks rather than the cheapest.
Cheap doesn’t mean that that stock will soon
rise in price. But undervalued means this
stock could soon realize its actual value.
Determining
if a stock is undervalued is another skill to master.
Just think, if a penny stock is currently
trading at $.05 a share and analysts are valuing the
company at $2 to $3 a share, isn't that more
appealing than others? So would you not spend your
money there? Of course you
would otherwise you would be kicking yourself when
it realizes its actual value.
